Address Book
The Address Book lets you maintain user's real name, e-mail address and a comment. You can also create user groups and mailing lists from the Address Book. User groups name may not include the @ character. This is how Air Mail tells if the name is a user or a group. ButtonsSave User - Saves the entire Address Book.New user - Adds new user to the Address Book. Edit - Edit the selected user from the 'Available Users' list view. You can also double click on the user to edit. Del User - Deletes the selected user from the 'Available Users' list view. New Group - Creates a new user group. Load Group - Load a new user group into the Address Book. Save Group - Saves the current users group. Import - Import comma delimited ASCII file into the Address Book. Export - Export Address Book to a tab delimited ASCII file. Print - Print the Address Book to printer. To create a new userTo add a new user click on the 'New user' button. The following window will be opened.To create a new user groupUser groups or mailing lists is used for bulk mailing. If you send messages to multiple users often then you may want to create a user group.Importing Users into Address BookTo import users into the Address Book you will need to setup the ASCII file in the following format:realname, email, comment realname is the real name of the user. email is the email address of the user. comment comment about the user. Each entry into the Address Book must start at a new line.
